In addition to our salon, we also run a professional hair color education company called Propagation Education. The Greenhouse Salon and Propagation Education are two sides of the same craft: one rooted in the daily practice of working behind the chair, the other devoted to helping stylists think more clearly, formulate more confidently, and grow their technical understanding.
Propagation Education offers classes, workshops, and salon-focused training for hairdressers who want stronger foundations in color theory, chemistry, grey blending, corrective color, consultation, and long-term color planning.
At the heart of our education is a simple belief: great hair color is not built from memorized formulas alone. It comes from understanding the choices we make — when to act, why a result happens, and how to choose the best path forward.
Our goal is to give stylists the technical foundation, visual language, and decision-making skills needed to approach color with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
